The Sun Valley complex consists of two opposing apartment blocks, as pictured above. There are ten apartments in total on this site.
Sun Valley Apartments are located in a quiet, off-road setting in the semi-rural resort of Ovacik. The majority of the properties in Ovacik are two storey detached villas (for the most part, privately owned by UK residents). In this respect, the Sun Valley complex is quite unique.
Apartment A1 occupies ground and 1st floor levels of A Block (top left). It is found in a very peaceful location with beautiful mountain views, yet remains central to the three most popular local tourist areas. If your idea of a holiday is to chill by the poolside undisturbed by loud noise, but still close enough to indulge, then Sun Valley will be your ideal place to stay.
This duplex apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with air conditioning units in all living areas and bedrooms. Access to the communal pool is up just 5 steps from the ground floor terrace. The first floor terrace (overlooking the pool) commands some of the best views from the Sun Valley development.
The apartment layout includes:-
- Master bedroom (double bed with en-suite bathroom)
- 2 twin bedrooms, each with their own toilet/shower room
- Ground floor living room with 32" LCD TV, satellite TV & DVD player.

This is a NON-SMOKING apartment. Smoke alarms have been fitted. However, ashtrays are provided for anyone who wishes to smoke on the outside terraces.
