This apartment is available all year round, with rental costs of between £200 & £380 per week dependant on seasonal variation and availability.

However, the main holiday season runs from mid April through to early November and the approximate prices are listed below:-

NB:  For longer term lets (14 days or more) a 10% discount is applied.   E.g. one week in August = £380 whereas two weeks in August = £684

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Prices quoted include a pre-arrival clean & laundry of bedding & towels. Additional clean bedding and towels are provided for a mid week change.  A washing machine, hair dryer and safe are provided at the apartment.

Incidentals such as electricity, gas, water, satellite tv provision, garden & pool maintenance, toiletry & cleaning products are all included in these costs. Several UK travel adaptors are also available in the apartment. 

An arrival pack will also be provided to ensure that basic food and drink  items are available on the first day of your holiday. Additional information can also be provided on local amenities, advice on cost effective shopping and contact information in the event of a maintenance issue arising during your stay. If you reqiure baby seats/cots etc. These can be hired locally from a company called Travel Tots Hisaronu.
